Delete my account and data
Ask for your Orbis Field login and personal details to be removed. This works whether or not you still have the app installed.
What happens when you ask
Your request goes to us, and we pass it to your company's administrator, who is the only person able to act on your record. They archive your login, which stops you signing in, and erase your personal details. We confirm to you when it is done, usually within thirty days.
What is removed
Erasing removes:
- your name, email address and WhatsApp number;
- the push-notification tokens for your devices;
- the photographs of receipts and returned goods you took.
What your company keeps
The dates, totals and decisions of the visits, orders and claims you recorded stay with the company as its own business records, held against an anonymous record that no longer identifies you. Photographs of damaged or expired goods and of pharmacy shelves are kept as evidence about the product or the shelf. The privacy notice explains this in full.
